Be

Alexandra Barosa Pereira, the Managing Partner of ABP Corporate Coaching, believes that there is no one in the world without specific capabilities. There are, however, people who have not yet become aware of the potential that they can transform into talent.

Still young, she believed that each one of us has the ability to encourage and make a difference in society - this is what inspired her to graduate in Sociology. She started her career as a trainer and counselor. Still, after starting her research on Coaching, in the scope of her Masters in Psychology of Professional Development, Alexandra Barosa Pereira became aware that this would be the way to support others to find meaning in the context of their reality. She believes that this will be the path to bio-psycho-social well-being.

She has a deep belief in lifelong learning, feeling that each experience will empower us more to fulfill purposes and that self-knowledge is a continuous process of individual growth in interaction with the environment. This is why she does not want to stop acquiring scientific knowledge, reflect on her continuous development, and learn with each client and context.
